But know when I enquried in zilla patishet office hayathnagar r r dist they are saying it is government land. Sir if it is government land how the registration done. Sir we are medial class people. I regret to inform you that I am yet to get exemption certificate renewed, for the only property, an apartment, though I started the process 4 months ago, in March, this year. Since I already had one such certificate for my previous apartment that I sold and that I have given all the papers concerned , it is only a matter of change of address
After all the running around your office , when I applied on line, I get a contradictory intimation saying “ The application filed by Smt. K.N.Sarma…………she has also not applied……so far”. I enquired some one about what it means and was told that there is a printed format and, the format requires 6 different attested copies and notarized documents which I already produced in person. Now, again to go about all at my age, 80 yrs , with several disabilities, it seems just impossible. I started the whole process because since I already had the exemption certificate to my previous apartment and it is just the matter of change- of -address.
To top it all, I am asked to pay tax, also for the period the property was in possession of builder, unsold. It seems very unjustified decision, when I am applying for renewal of exemption , I am asked to pay someone else’s tax also.
Kindly consider my request on this matter and send the bill for the period of my occupation-from 22-11-2016 , if I am taxed in spite the exemption. With regards,
