This is the incidence at the Vasant kunj E2 bus stand at 12:05pm on 13/09/19 when I requested the bus driver of bus number DL1PC6331 to stop at the bus stop the driver has not stopped the bus but he speed up the bus with laugh.he was driving very dangerously and it is totally unsafe to travel on such buses.

Hello Sir,
DL 1 PD 2983 Cluster Bus route no. 723 is divert there route and people anxious of driver behavior.
Please take immediate action.
Driver make excuse that CNG is empty and take wrong route. Don't give refund either. CNG is not empty because he is run bus around and around. Very worst behavior.
I take bus at 7PM. He takes more than 1 hour 30 minutes. All the passenger is very sacred, he wasted all the passenger precious time for fun.

में वस्त्र मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार में अनुभाग अधिकारी के पद पर कार्य करता हूँ। मैंने कल 03 -04 -2024 को सुबह 7:34 मिनट पर 310 नंबर की बस झील से कृषि भवन जाने के लिए पकड़ी यह बस झील से ही बन कर चलती है और इंदरपुरी तक जाती है। इसका बस नंबर (.....) है । मेने कंडक्टर से कहा यहाँ मेरी सीट पर आकर टिकट देदो , तोह उसने कहा की यहाँ आकर ले जा। मैंने उससे रिक्वेस्ट भी की परन्तु उसने आकर टिकट देनी से मना कर दिया। मैंने कहा की स्टार्टिंग पॉइंट पर टिकट आगे से देकर पीछे अपनी सीट पर कंडक्टर को जाना होता है जिसे एडवांस टिकट कहते है। तोह उसने मेरे पास आकर टिकट देने से मना कर दिया। इस पर उसने इस पर बहुत ही अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया उसने इतनी अभद्र भाषा बोली की मुझे उससे कहना पड़ा की में आप की बाप की उम्र का हूँ आप को बात करने की तमीज होनी चाहिए। इसी दोरान एक महिला ने भी उससे सीट पर टिकट एडवांस करने को कहा तोह उसने उस महिला से भी बहुत ही अभद्र भाषा में बात करनी शुरू कर दी, जिसके कारण उस महिला ने पुलिस पर्सनल को बुला लिया। पुलिस ने उस महिला के कहने पर कंडक्टर को चेतावनी दे कर छोर दिया। उसके बाद कंडक्टर ने हम दोनों (मुझसे और उस महिला) से कहा की हो गया तुम दोनों का तुम लोगो ने मेरा क्या बिगाड़ लिया तथा कंडक्टर ने यहाँ भी कहा की मेरे पास बहुत पैसा है तेरे को जहाँ कंप्लेंट करनी है कर दे मेरा कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता।
उपरोक्त को ध्यान में रखते हुए आप से विनती है की उस कंडक्टर के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही करे। जिससे की वह आगे भविष्य में यह गलती दुबारा ना करे।
