I have severe alopecia and prescribed to use TUGAIN 5 FOAM . But for past few months it is not available in the market. I have visited every possible store to get it. Dear sir. I purchased one tiova inhaler in March 2017 from Sawai Mansingh Medical pensioners shop.The product was manufactured in march 17 exp Feb.19.B no BA71226.
Since the patient used the other cipla product kept with us for her acute bronchitis attack.It was kept intact since then.Now when I wanted to use in in Dec 2017 for my wife.it does not work in a smooth way continuously as evident from the counter window. Sometimes it works and the counter moves on.the other time even after 4-5
Push the counter does not move and medicine is not pumped in the throat.kinldly get the product replaced through your local representative.
