I have to complain regarding monthly rental not paid to me from August 2017 to till date April 2018 .I have complain at your local service center at khaira village Najafgarh new delhi office of siti broadband .to Mr tiwari and Mr Sumit but they are not listening me for rent .they said we will not able to say anything for payment.my address is Rahul Kumar ,h.o 116 , rail factory road dhansa Marg gopal Nagar Najafgarh new Delhi 110043, your cmt machine no is 301 .

Dear Team
As I requested many times on call with your customer care number and with your technical team but the issue is not resolved yet. Ticket no- TKT409430 ON 13th august but I didn't receive adapter and wifi modem as it is not working from last four days and your technician is now saying that it will take one more week to resolve these issues which is not acceptable from my side, and I am unable to call or coordinate with your team regarding the same issue again and again and again .
Please solve the issue as soon as possible and provide the required adapter and modem and solve the issue ASAP or if it is not possible then refund my security amount and the amount I paid for this month, why should I pay if I am unable to use your services ..
