we are regularly send courier thro you .Recently two of our consignment send to Kumbakonam from Thanjavur got damaged and there is Product loss and money loss .Reson given by your Kumbakonam branch was RAT BITE. and it was very surprising . We have incurred a loss of Rs 6500.00 in this regard
