I Have booked a Refill on 01-12-2014(45 Days ago) With Booking No 248903 for the consumer no.9493.But Refill not received so far.Every month we are facing the same problem.Please solve this issue and I trust you will not repeat this mistake in the future.

Despite of repeated follow ups the refilled cylinder receiving after 45-50 days every month.
The current booking No.278896 registered on 20/2/2015 is still NOT supplied.(46 days passed now)
Please help us to get the refilled cylinder atleast 30-35 days after booking.

I had booked for a Cylinder of Cooking Gas on 26.09.2015. It is already over a month and on enquiry , I came to know that the supply will happen some where next week. I am very very disappointed with your service and the way you are answering our queries. Is there an other agency who will be supplying Gas to Kottekad side. If there is, I would happily get my gas connection transferred to them. I know you are burdened with so many connections and you are not able to supply Gas on time.
