Booked gas refill with indane booking no 4 days back no reaponse till date . anushka indane and atharva indane who are distributors are not picking phone dont know where to go.

I was your customer since 2004. I was using 2 cylinders. As I shifted to Chennai IN 2018. I got it transferred. I received transfer of only 1 cylinder as your office cannot trace the record for second cyl and said need to check. As i have to travel i could not concentrate on this matter. Now I need to book 2 cylinders in Chennai.
Kindly trace the document pertaining to my second cylinder and do the needful.
my consumer number was AV - 3428 booked on 1-5-2004.

My Adhar number is 971367519335 , i using Indian Gas 2 cylinder and already closed this account in Atharva Indian agency , because we are shifting in Pune , kindly request you that please close the account asap ,due to duplication of Adhar for using others cylinder .
