Hello Sir,
Why the delivery person is asking for 35-40 rupees extra while delivering the cylinder. There is no such provision for this service.
This is happening in Danapur area. Let me know if any action is taken by your agency Or we can escalate this issue further.

This Mithilesh here and my Consumer No - 7102083608. Last month my connection was transferred from Deepganga Agency to your Agency. Deepganga agency is giving best services in Patna. I put the number for Gas delivery on 12th of May 22. And now is 21st. In last 9 day I was visited 3 times in your agency regarding the same issues but they said it will delivered by today or tomorrow but still not got the gas. As a customer I an very disappointed from your agency services.
