Mera consumer no.14762 Hai.pahle maine form 2 bhar k aadhar card k sath aur uttar bihar gramin bank hussepur ka account no aapke yaha jama kiya tha.par gramin bank dvara aadhar number ko account se link nahi kiya ja raha hai.jiske vajah se maine 14/01/2015 fir canara bank ka account number form 4 me diya hai.maini unified form bhar k aadhar card k sath canara bank me de diya hai.
Atah aapse anurodh hai ki mera gramin bank ka account hata kar canara bank ka account update karne ki kripa pradan karen.

My consumer no is UT 2199 from uchkagaon gas agency Gopalganj...from last ten years agency is not providing any gas bill.. without bill it is very difficult to assess how much amount I have to pay for gas cylinder...so plz help me
