My INDANE Customer ID is 11348 registered with Vadakethil agency Thiruvalla.In Last three weeks I booked 3 times for Refill.After booking some time I am getting SMS that Booking cancelled/customer rejected etc.The reason behind is.During last refill the delivery boys ask me extra money Rs 50 other than Money mentioned on the bill and I paid it.Then I made a complait to Gas agency Thiruvalla. Now the delivery boys playing game with me.Kindly investigate the matter at the earliest and reissue my refill as soon as possible.otherwise I may issue this complaint to higher authority and likely to withdraw my connection.Thanks & Best regards
