And today morning ( 05/feb/21) face some issue in fixing new silinder, it's not fixing properly, and leaks happening while pressing regulator, so we closed the silinder, and called Gemini help line, frequently called two number and after noon only they picked the phone. But they didn't send any person, again we called by 4:30 , the person speaks arrogantly, same issue happens before two years, and raise complaint in toll free number. Till know no one visit our home to fix the silinder

A complaint was raised to Gemini gas distributors,Thalassery today at 9 am regarding the gas leakage at home. Since no technician was sent till evening I again made a call.Now it is 6:40 pm. Till now no one came to fix the issue. Is the way such a serious issue is handled by your distributors and technicians. I raised a complaint in the toll free number and they informed a technician will be send within 1 hr. But again no one came to fix the issue. Your negligence and carelessness can cause serious harm to our life. I am now thinking of filing a complaint regarding this to the nearby police station. I have two small kids. The whole day we couldn't cook anything. I will be escalating the matter to the concerned authorities until i get proper clarification and response from your part.
