The agency is collecting additional amount of Rs 25 to 50 over and above every cylinder delivered. Even the cylinders are being delivered on the roadside, shops etc.

The delivery officials delivered the cylinder at 8.10 PM on Sept 8, after escalation to higher authorities.

Since last 2 days I have been trying to book for refill through phone. But even after pressing No.1 for refill as advised, the reply I got was I did not press any no and thus my booking failed. My consumer No,.7531. Pl add my mobile No.9497479466 also for future booking.Now pl book for refill as the existing is likely to exhaust.Regards and thanks.
