3rd Dec, at 8.00am I called emergenceny no.for gas leakage problem in new cylinder. He have me another no of Rohit Tiwari. Have called him 4 times in 4 hours, and he hasn't come yet.

Dear Sir,
I have received LPG cylinder in First week of February from Urvashi, Today when I was fitting the cylinder for use in the morning . I have found that the cylinder is old and Its validaity expired. It carries the code A-14, Which means it can be used by Ist Quarter of 2014..Still supplied to us.

I am registered with Urvashi Gas Agency Sushant Lok-1,Gurgaon. My number is 8800260055 which is registered in Indane. I am toking the cylinder from the same from past few months. Last week , I got the cylinder which was defected as the leakage was there in the cylinder. I again booked the cylinder, message came to my number that the Cylinder got delivered but in actual, there was no cylinder delivered.
First of all, cylinder's condition was very old and leakage was there, Secondly there was no actual delivery but the message showed that it delivered. Since the booking, its been 6 days and no delivery has actually taken Place.
Kindly look into the matter and register my complaint . Please pursue it ASAP otherwise I have to go in to unecesarry litigation and Court Case.

Your mr Lakhan refill boy for gwalpahari area supplied us leaked Indane gas cylinder in recent supply.plschange it immediately any consequences if any due to that leaked cylinder Indane gas company and your self will be responsible.
We have complaint to mr Lakhan ,he told that he had no extra cylinder for exchange of the same.it will be done tomorrow.

I am surprised. Consectively, the valve of the cylinder needs to be fixed this time too as the gas is leaking after installing the regulator.
Last time, the man who brought the filled cylinder only fixed it by saying that it is normal. How many times do we face this inconvenience and risk.
Please sort this as soon as possible as no neighbor is lending a cylinder now.
Why are the cylinders not checked before getting dispatched?
