not proving the cylinder and misbihaving by siddappa:

Hi, my name Siddappa and I am taking the service from sri srinivasa indane gas agency ramanagaram Karnataka my customer number cx 10496727. I have booked for refill. On 26dec 2014 my booking 248363 and I also received the cash memo and the number is 3000090865 but I have not received the refill cylinder when called to the distributor they told me that "you didn't linked your aadhar card number and bank account" but I already given the adhar card and bank details Xerox copy to their delivery boy as they send the message to hand over him .and when I told them they said no it is not entered in our system then I lodged the complaint in IOC customer care my complaint number 1777117 and after 3 days they said me to contact the distributor and when I called the manager of the sri srinivasa indane gas agency he is not respond for my call and after 2 days he received the call he is telling same and also he is using abuse language and telling I don't care for anybody you go and complaint whomever you want I know how to tackle every one you r nothing for me . so please consider my complaint and please take the proper action and help me to get the refill cylinder

my consumber is 837, whenever i book cylinder, that time am called for office, but nobody can recieve the call, i complaint so many times, but there people not responding properly
