I am raising this complain in the name of a Jwalani distributer gas agency, S.F Road siligui
I have booked a cylinder on 31st Oct, and same has been cancelled, I don't know why. So again I have re-booked the cylinder on Nov 4th, but again the booked has been cancelled for no reason. Keeping the patience I have booked again, now Jwalani person are not responding properly. They are just giving me the number and number to contact but not giving the proper solution. The agency are not taking responsible of their duty and neither their delivery boy.. If they can't deliver the cylinder, they have to informed us so that we can physically go and take the cylinder. This is my last complaint. Now if this is not resolved today I need to file a case against the distributor.
