I didn't get any kind of subcidy,as for rule i was submitted all documents 11 April 2015 but they told me thatyou have been submitted after date and office staff not behaving ethically they are talking very rough like masters. Kindly do some favour on me. Your very old customer- MD. WAZIR HASSAN.

Dear sir/Madam
My sister Mrs. Lalima Kumari pandey, Consumer no-48159 got indane gas connection on the the name of Kumari Lalima as the agency itself insisted on issuing on the name written in the Certificate.
Its a well known fact that girls surname is changed after marriage, so her aadhar card is on the name of Kumari Lalima Pander .Due to this problem her subsidy amount will nor be refunded as the Adhar Card is not linked.
For amending the name in the gas connection certificate the agency staff are asking for more than Rs. 2000. Please guide me for proper amendment of name in the card & certificate. Initiate necessary action on irresponsible staff.

Your distributor in our locality behaves like he is the boss and we are his pupils. He always charges 40-50 rupees extra than the original amount written on receipt. He says that this is delivery charge but as far as I know that Bill already includes the delivery charge. When we say something to him he just replys going and complain in the agency, no one can do anything against me. So its my request that please do something as soon as possible. The name of our local distributor is BHOLA. And the area is Madhuri Chowk, Samastipur.

We booked a gas cylinder through Mobil no.7631942221. On 27th Feb 18 received confirmation message that we received cylinder but very unfortunately want to inform there is no cylinder delivered till writing this mail. Screen shot of message is attached with the mail for your kind reference
Kindly make proper inquiry of this issue and revert me progress this regard as soon as possible. It will be helpful for me to contact senior authority.
