I want to know the reason why my booking was cancelled.

I don't know for what reason but my Indian gas agency is changed from ashoknagar to Hinu. And now I am suffering a lot of problem because my gas distributer is not responding me from last one week. I have called him several time but he has not replaced my gas yet.
