I have customer ID BT-6031 with Maharani Enterprises, Rampur, Patna. I have booked gas on 01.02.2018 but the cylinder has not been delivered till today (12.02.2018). The telephone number provided above of Mahranai Enterprises (06122686816) is not working. A voice message comes that this telephone number does not exist.

I am regular customereaders of your product and very much satisfied.But last 2 month odd months I didn't get my gas whenever I booked.Booking has no issue but the problem is the gas vendor,he didn't give my gas at my door.My last ref. No. 410721 that generated on 25 of Aug but I didn't get even the last four time I generated ref. No. But I didn't get my gas.Something went wrong so i am going to compaint for it.For your reference I give you my vendor details (sahni gas vendor 7352767585 location new azimabad colony sector D patna Bihar).
Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

Gas vendor is not coming in Bajrangpuri,Bhagath singh path.
he is making excuse about delivery that he dont have recipt of delivery. no- 7352767585 this is gas vendor number.

Gas vendor (Vishnu) not carry measurement device and always demand 20 to 30 Rs extra rest of the gas amount.when we demand my choice of gas cliender he always ignore them and told me I don't give you this cilender and tommorow he will not delivered my cilender and told me if u don't receive gas I will cancel your delivery.. it is not fear I am ur customer and I have right to oppose this misbehaviour.

I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have been experiencing with the delivery service provided by Maharani Enterprises Indane Gas Agency. Despite several attempts to address the matter, I am still encountering delays and, in some instances, non-delivery of gas cylinders.
On numerous occasions, I have placed orders for gas cylinders well in advance, adhering to the prescribed timeline for reordering. However, I have been consistently let down by the lack of timely delivery. This has caused significant inconvenience to me and my family, as we rely heavily on cooking gas for our daily needs.
I understand that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but the frequency and severity of these delays are unacceptable. As a loyal customer of Maharani Enterprises Indane Gas Agency for several years, I expect a higher level of service reliability.
I kindly request that you investigate the root cause of these delivery delays and take immediate corrective actions to ensure timely and consistent delivery of gas cylinders to my address. Additionally, I would appreciate regular updates on the status of my pending orders to alleviate any concerns regarding non-delivery.
