Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a customer of indane gas from Radhanpur-Naimish Gas Agency. Gas connection is taken in my name. As now I'm out of state due to job, and gas bottle is empty my family tried to refill the gas bottle and went to gas agency. But agency person has directly said no to my family members and asked to book the bottle first. We don't know the procedure how to prepare book the gas bottle. Kindly help us to know the procedure.
