gas cylinder not supplied till date after booking by ADITI VATS:

i have booked cylinder for refilling on dt.17.10.2015.but till date cylinder has not been supplied to me .my consumer no is 9442.when i phoned to distributor office.they did not responded me.each time they delay in the delievery and when we contact them they do not take the responsibility and neither register the complaint.

You didnot repond on phone.you didnot supply my gas cylinder sincd two month .we recieved msg regarding billing of gas supply but gas is not supplied to me.
It is not possible for you to supply my gas refill, Please transfer my card to another distrbutor in rudrapur.

I have booked the gas online, booking no. 378800, for my consumer no. 12856, gas not delivered to me and i have got a SMS for gas delivery.
pl do needful.
this is repeated case.and here no one delivered gas on door step, pl take action regarding this complaint and deliver a gas to me.
