Though a message showing generation of Cash Memo was sent on 13-12-2014, the cylinder was delivered on 8-1-2015 after making enquiries repeatedly. The delivery boy has not acknowledged the delivery in the Customer Card.

Not getting refilled gas cylinder on time. There is no use of holding double cylinder as well.
Telling that they were not receiving load as scheduled!
