Hi Team, I just want to convey this is complete unprofessional approach towards the customer. I had booked my refill on Thursday 10 Jan 2019 and once I called on Monday for feedback though it was already late, they replied that it was automatically got cancelled so again the new booking date was Monday 15 January, 2019. My consumer number is -7068730893...kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am tired since I am getting any right place to complain.

I made a booking for cylinder 2 days back and I wanted to check status on the same, however no one is answering the calls and have kept the receiver aside so all calls are on no replies. This is very unprofessional.

I need a new gas connection for my personal use and till date i do not have any gas connection on my name anywhere in india. I need this connection to be installed at C2 block H.no 854 2nd Floor, Flat no 203 Palam Vihar Gurugaon. I have electricity Bill copy and Aadhaar card copy always with me and need only one cylinder connection with copy.
