I applied for a new connection without subsidy to their office personally, since they mentioned I would have to wait for 9-10 months for one with subsidy(I had applied for that online and took my documents to their office).
I was informed that the cylinder would be delivered on Tuesday, which it has not been. also, the contact nos. mentioned on the official Indane website - 0124-2014221/2014222 are both inactive. They are printed on their bill receipts too. I found mobile nos. through just dial which nobody is answering. Their communication with me during the entire transaction was very rude and offensive. I had almost made up my mind to file a harrassment case against them but, I gave them benefit of doubt.
They should be punished for delayed deliveries and should not be allowed to mention wrong contact nos. on official documents and websites. They should be fined for circulating wrong information.

Sir/madam I have a insane gas connection in badshahpur. This gas agency service is very poor and delivery services is so bad. The delivery boy doesn't giving home delivery in badshahpur. They make a point near vatika chowk and always standing there. When any customer ask them to give the colder , they tell that come to vatika chowk and take your cylinder. We doesn't come in village. Sir when this agency opened , they said that there is free home delivery in badshahpur but never gave any home delivery. Sir I booked my refill on 14th october2017 and till 22nd october not delivered. So I want to ask that indian oil always saying that we are giving home delivery but the employee doesn't giving , why. Plz take some strike action on this.

I have booked a cylinder on 8/4/2018 it’s been 9 days now it’s not been delivered.
I have 5 contact no numbers of agency but non of them are reachable.
This is really annoying.
