Consumer No. 16062. After a lot of efforts, the complaint was lodged regarding leakage of gas cylinder but even after lapse of 3-4 hours not one has visited to rectify the leakage. At the time of taking delivery of the cylinder, the delivery person was asked to check the leakage and it was told by him there is no leakage. Please take appropriate action urgently.

I booked for LPG cylinder on line on 09 Sep 18. it says that your cylinder is allready booked with reference-911998 dt 18 Aug 18, whereas I got that reference cylinder.I want to know that wheather my cylinder is bookedor not. Other side it syas that your request for booking cylinder will be forwarded to distributor.
