No response/ non delivery of LPG by RENU AGNIHOTRI:

My connection is transferred from Anushka to OM VIOM and new connection number allotted as CX 11698875 (that too without informing me only when I tried to book cylinder refill in Nov I came to know about this) I booked through online booking system on 15.11.2014 and got the booking number 201752 however it is nor yet delivered and all the numbers given are switched off. The IVRS system is informing that it is delivered on 10.11.2014. Because all the numbers viz. 65116512, 65116513 and +(91)-9930915312 are switched off hence I am unable to contact them

We are so in the same situation. Our connection was 'forcefully' transferred to this gas agency named OM VIOM from Anushka Gas agency, few months ago. With Anushka, we hardly faced any problem except couple of incidents in 4 years but with this OM VIOM, for last 6 months, we are actually struggling. The staff is so bloody rude, almost all phone numbers are switched off except one and that too, no call pick up if you get through the number somehow. No booking / delivery for weeks.....no update. It seems like the gas agency owner has no interest in the business and because of which consumers are suffering. This agency should be shut down right away.
@ Ms. Renu, I managed to get the field officer's number who looks after this agency. I am going to call her and share my grievance. I would request you also to please call her and let her know the situation. Her name isMs. Krithika and her number is 88888-34800.

My 2 Cylinder of Indan Gas is finished from 3 days. Already booked Gash through IvR number auto Boking system. But not get single Cylinder . Could not talk with Agent because nun of the number are working .

Hello and greetings;
I, Abhishek, complaining about the worst services by the company aforesaid (om viom). I never get cylinder on time and it takes more than a month. I have been asked to take the cylinder from there Kamothe office every time, i stay in Kharghar sector 35. They keep the phone number, to book a cylinder, totally engaged or switched off. They always commit tomorrow its will be delivered, but tomorrow never comes
Now due to their such an official catastrophic service of the lowest degree, we are left with no option other than buying it in black or unofficial means. I don't know how IOCL is managing with such people as employees there who has no ethical value for their job and responsibilities. Either such people should be out-charted or such agencies should be shut down for ever.
