Dear Sir,
This is to let you know the problems the customers like us are facing with Swarna Nirmal Gas Agency. The issue is there is no contact numbers. The numbers given/mentioned are either invalid or gives no response. The mobile number we are given are either engaged or switched off.
In these days when people are so busy, it is not always possible to go there physically for every small but important queries. It is the responsibility of the agency to assure their availability for any information. This is missing here and this has been going on for more than 2-3 years. No action has yet been taken.
I therefore request you take appropriate measures.
Kindly update me on this on my email id provided as that would assure me that this forum or media to inform our grievances is active.

Also after booking is confirmed and cash memo is generated the same gets cancelled which happens repeatedly.
