Dear sir,
I (Consumer No. 7075635625) was issued a SV No.- 100000600749603 from your agency on dt 08 September 2018. I obtained the TV based connection from M/s Shreeraj Khushi Bharatgas (Customer no. - 107955539) on dt 25 March 2020. After few days of issuance Bharatgas connection was blocked due to "Adhaar deduplication". On verification with Bharatgas Ashoka gas connection is still linked to my Adhaar. Please do the needful urgently to delink my adhaar so that I can get unblocked by Bharatgas. I don't want to hold Ashoka gas responsible for my suffering in absence of gas supply . Please respond to this mail once your action is complete.

Someone is using my customer ID to order LPG cylinder by Karamjit Singh Bharti:

Since I have got a piped gas connection, I do not require LPG cylinder. However, I get off and on messages about booking and delivery of gas cylinders. Someone is obviously using my consumer details to order and get the cylinder delivered. I will request this is enquired into and my consumer no 07966 permanently blocked for delivery of LPG cylinder.
