I don't know what's the problem is every cylinder leaks when I put it on on mode I have to switch off the gas even after using a little of it can't bear it's smell when it's on and it's risky too I have changed the pipe even pls give me solution

I have booked Indane Gas at Chahal gas service and my consumer no is CX 3052734.The cylinder supplied on 28/10/2015 when weighted is found 28 Kg Whereas it should be 29.8(15.6+14.2)Kg as per description mentioned on the cylinder the cylinder is supplied by the workers of Chahal Gas Service is placed in the store in sealed condition for further action under consumer protection Act, in case it is not changed with 7 days of this complaint with full gas.
