I bought new connection on April2015 and radha indane send a person for service in december 2016 without any intimation.Its only 1.5 yrs from when i bought new connection.
Also note that service person didn't do anything. He just checked cylinder pipe for 2 minutes and told my mother that everything is good. And after he asked for service charge rs.150. My mother didn't gave any service charge, then radha indane stopped to book my cylinder because there no competitor here. Today i paid my service charge at the office and i got recept today which shows service person clean the stove.whereas service person didn't clean the stove.
I also told my distributor rhat after 2 years you can send, but she told me that if i will not pay service charge then i cant book cylinder. Thats why i have to pay this fraudulent charge.
Now I would like to complaint against distributor against their monopoly and fraudulent scheme.
Kindly help me where can i complaint. I have proof of my new bought connection date and service charge paid receipt also.
