Dear sir/ Maam
We try to call over the phone to indent for the Gas, but unfortunately no one replies to our call. The bell either keeps ringing or continuous engages. Very frustrating to get the booking done. We need to leave all our work and stand in the que to get the booking done.
Would appreciate some good customer service and some dedicated people to handle this portfolio with more sensitivity.

On tranfer from Udaipur ,I had visited Acme Gas and submitted all papers , filled the forms and deposited Rs 2500.00 on 06 Oct 2015 but till date no response from gas agency .I visited office enquired and called them on landline several times but they never lift phone .Till date I have not been issued Gas cylinder .Very poor service and never seen such performance of Gas Agency .Major S N Ojha,8003092283

I asked for the reason det y u cancel our order,she used bad language nd said ki vaps aa jayega jyada nakhre Mt dikhao hme.. Hmare paas dusre bhi kaam he..now dey r not receiving our call... If she will not sorry den we will do action.. Many people saying same things.. There are some ladies dey always speak nonsense without knowing problems

Hi
I have a complain for the gass delivery people , they don't bring machine to check the weight of the gass cylinder, I'm complaining about this because last time I got less gass then it should be tell them to bring device to check the weight of the gass cylinder
