Dear Sir,
I am complaining against consumer no.17485 the Avtar Flame Gas agency for Non- delivery of gas. I have book the gas on 16.08.2015 (refno.-483741)by phone for home delivery but till date no such gas cylinder is given to me. I am in huge problem. Please understand my problem and take immediate action against the culprit party. Please do the needful in this as early as possible.

i am calling on you office nos but your land line was connected to bsnl and one no. is expired. your all mobile was not picked by any body.
i have booked refile in last week and today i have checked the status on booking no. its asked that it was delivered.
how it is possible its 2nd time i am facing this problems please do the need full to deliver this cylinder

I am the resident of mundian tibba Chandigarh Road Ludhiana.I have applied for new Indane Gas connection on 25 Feb 2020. I have given Rs.4800/- cash with my Xerox of bank account and adhaar card to Avtar flame centre chd.road ludhiana's distributor Mr.Bajrang.
He had told that he will deliver the cylinder till 27 Feb 2020.
But he didn't deliver to me.
Whenever we ask them he didn't give proper answer.
Kindly pay attention and help me to say them to deliver me the new Indane connection ASAP.
