Dear sir,
maine 14 November 2016 ko refill book kiya tha,mera consumer no 63925 hai. Mujhe cylinder deliver nhi kiya gaya. Jab maine nanak enterprises me complain likhaya to waha kaha gaya ki cylinder deliver ho chuka hai. Phir maine card bhi dikhaya . Uska photo copy bhi jama kiya. Waha kaha gaya ki cylinder pahunch gayega. Cylinder 9.10.16 ko to pahunch gaya, lekin mera naya booking october me kar k diya. Lekin mera November mahine ka cylinder deliver nhi hua.
