Hi,
My Consumer Number is PG-1834.
I booked a refill and paid the amount online (Invoice Number - 5-100470915894).
The person who came to deliver the gas behaved rudely and denied giving the Gas stating we need to pay him Rs.100 extra above the bill amount. We did not agree to the same and he bluntly said that he will not give the gas and went back with the gas.
In the evening i got a message with details stating " Your Invoice Number - 5-100470915894 is cancelled due to customer refused refill".
An immediate action is required here as this is a loot that is impacting a lot of customers. Looking forward for an immediate action. I will share a mail with the respective authorities as well so that they are aware that what kind of loot is happening by the employees of Pancha Gas Service.
