We have received the msg for delivery of cylinder shortly but within two days we got another msg of cancellation the delivery boy has not come and we are in our house so how can it be possible?
Delivery boys charges Rs. 25 per cylinder mandatory for each delivery. we have lift facility. Their behavior is also not good.
kindly take necessary step against them.

I have not received Subsidy against my Cash Memo No.3000129239. My Consumer No. is 24144 till today.
The Gas Cylinder was delivered against above C/M to my residence on 13th of Sept.'15.
You are, therefore requested to confirm when the subsidy will be credited to my a/c.

last eight month (8th ) I am suffering gas supply .I have a patient in my house. but after several time contacting to our Distributor I did get any service at proper time (supply never in before 18th days from booking date.
Kindly solve it permanently .

I stay in brindavan gardens. I had booked my indane gas last 10 days ago .last week I got a msg stating that the gas was not delivered due to door closed .my house is never closed .when I contacted the dilivery man he said dese false msgs are automatically generated .n assured me dat I will receive my cylinder .but till date I did not n when I told the dilivery man dat I will complain he argued with me saying do wht ever u can .I tried calling the help line number and the distributors but no response .can u pls look into my matter n solve my problem as soon as possible.

My Consumer number is 7587688162 and my distributor is Karco Gas Distributors,24/2,Pottery Road ,Kolkata-700015. I had recently transferred my connection to this distributor. I had booked cyllinder on 12.02.18 under Ref.No.462567 but till today the new cylinder is yet to be delivered. I had personally gone to their office on 24.02.18 and was told that the cylinder will be definitely delivered today. However, even today the cylinder was not delivered. I would request you to kindly look into the matter.
