Unexpected delay in delivery by Sutanu Kumar Kar:

our consumer no. is 09851.We booked our refill on 26/08/16 and our booking no. is 308375.After booking the refill we are informed that the delivery will be after 10-12 days.on 7/9/16 we informed that our cash memo is prepared and the no is 3000087482.But now after two days of generating the memo we still dont have the delivery,our situation is become very desperate.Our reserve gas is finished and we are unable to make our food and other needs.So we rwquest u to make our delivery asap infact it will be better if we have that refill on the first morning of 9/9/16.plz look into this matter.

I have booked gas on 24th oct.i got msg regarding cash memo on 2nd nov.my consumer no is 30607.After one week nobody came i called Office and they told me with in 1 or 2 days i will get the cylinder. Nobody came to our building.on 10th nov i got msg that my booking cancelled just bcoz of door closed. Why such things happened???
