    My name is Mrs. Pratima Dilip Panda Consumer No. 64668 Dear Sir/Madam, I registered myself from M/s. Vimal Gas Services, Jaitala Road, Nagpur (Consumer No. 108870 on 18/12/12) which was near to my residence but in the month of May, 2013 your company without getting permission from me, transfer my name to M/s Renuka Gas Agency, Surendra Nagar, Nagpur which is not comfortable for me. In the beginning, service is satisfactory but since January, 2015 I am facing problems as under : 1) I booked on 05/01/2015 but I didn't receive gas or any message related to my booking. on 14/1/15 I received one message from Indane where my Adhar Card No. and Account No. were given wrong while earlier I had received one cylinder from such Adhar Card System. After verification, it was found that in bank, information is correct but at the agency level they did the mistake for mentioning my Adhar Card Number and Account Number. So on the request of Renuka Gas Agency, I submitted again xerox copy of my adhar card. On 29/1/15 i received message that your booking is cancelled and contact your gas agency. then I went there. They asked me about xerox copy of adhar card again. When I told them that I have already two times submitted then they verified and found that there was already my name in their correction list. They told me to register again. I told them that already I have registered on 5th January, 2015 and I need one cylinder urgently, you give me one because this delay is at your end. I wait three days and at last I again registered on 29th Januayr, 2015 but still I didn't receive any message from your end and not the cylinder. I am working woman and for such type of inquiry when I went there they told me to stay in a Que which took 2-3 hours and I had to take leave. When I tried to contact them on phone, no one picked up the phone. This agency is dealing with all the customers equal treatment whether they are new customers who have to submit lot of papers and lengthy procedure or the customers like us who have to ask a single line inquiry which is due to working of this agency. I am unable to understand what I will do. Please look into the matter and provide me your services. If there is any problem at the agency level please register my name again to original one i.e. M/s. Vimal Gas Agency . I hope, a renowned company like you will look after my case and provide me gas immediately and transfer my name to Vimal Gas Agency for future. With regards. Mrs. Pratima Panda
