Delivery Boy gas cylender not deliver my house by sanjay khan:

I complaint for the delivery boy...the gas cylender not come to my house and whenever he come...and ask me extra charges...and the agency cancel my slip...I book again and again...and agency not give me any response...Kanyan Gas Agency has very bad service.

I hv booked cylinder refil for twice. First time in cirst week of march and second in last week of march but did not receive both. In my mobile msg box it is showing that delivery men have delivered cylinder refile bur i have not recived it. My booking no. Is 2000275494861 on dated 23 march 2020 and invoice no. In my msg is 5_100303299334.and second invoice no is 5_100314408685. But i hv not received it.

सर,
मेने 5 जुलाई 2022 को सिलिंडर बुक करके उसका पेमेंट1031/- 5 जुलाई 2022 को ही ऑनलाइन कर दिया था, पर जब सिलिंडर डिलीवरी करने आये तो 50 रुपये एक्स्ट्रा बिल में जोड़ दिया गया औरहमसे 50 रुपये कॅश भी लिए। और जब डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर से बात की तो उसने बोला की 6 जुलाई से रेट बढ़ गए है, पर जब मैंने पेमेंट 5 जुलाई को ही कर दिया था जैसा कि ऑनलाइन दिखया गया था तो फिर बिल में 50 रुपये क्यों जोड़ दिया गया है।
कृपया करके इसकी जांच करवाइये और जो हमसे एक्स्ट्रा रुपये लिए गए है , वो वापस करने का बोलिये , क्योंकि ये जो हुआ है एक दम गलत है, अगर किसी ने रेट बढ़ने के एक दिन पहले ही पेमेंट कर दिया है तो फिर बिल में एक्स्ट्रा रुपये क्यों जोड़ा गया।
