I have transferrd my gas connection from sadhaura distt yamuna nagar to herbertpur against t v.no.8005819781dt.25/03/15.Agency gave me a regulator and 2 cylinder on 01/04/15.and told me to collect my documents with in a week. Till then i am regularly going to agency about the query of my gas documents but not finding satisfactory answer from agency staff.i am an ex.serviceman and a senior citizen.kindly look into the matter

Dear Sir/Madam,
Whenever I go to gas agency for refill gas cylender than staff member of gas agency not talk to us in good behaviour . They always abusing to us. They always told us they don't fear to any authority and told us you can do anything . They sell gas cylender in black in double of the government rate to other person regularly. The big fact is the owner of the gas agency not present there . owner overhand the gas agency to other person in lease or it may be other reason.So other person who's currently selling or working in gas agency they always give us threat . So please resolve this as soon as possible.
I am also send one copy of this complaint to the higher authority of natural gas.
Please also check distribution of gas for black mailing.
