For the past 1 month we are not getting gas deliver though we have never received any gas cylinders at our home we have to run here and there to catch the delivery van leaving all our works and this time they don't even stand on there regular place also.we are suffering a lot its been more then 1 month when we last got our gas.Every time i loge a complain they simply write on the complain book but we still didn't got our gas.we would be very thankful if you kindly help.

Day before yesterday I have taken Gas a Gas cylinder from Mahalaxmi Gas Agency which is found defect and cant use. Please change the same immediately.
Rs. 50 extra charged for home delivery by the delivery boy by Shashwata Gupta:

Consumer ID Number: Cx6492792.
This is to inform that the delivery boy has refused to give the gas cylinder unless paid Rs. 700 where as the actual price is Rs.649.
We offered 10-20 rupees as a tip but he responded very badly and told if we want the gas then have to pay 700 rupees. This event took place at Lalganesh Ananda Nagar bye lane:1 House no. :11 on 6th Aug'15. Vehicle no. was not noted by the vehicle type was White TATA Ace.Also we are not getting any cash memo after 10th Mar'15.
Kindly take proper action to resolve the issue.

At least update the correct ccare number, whenever I tried calling in landline no, it gets disconnected. And please u r serving gas in a huge area so plz try to build a gud rapo with consumers, u r loosing ur own prestige. M having issues in booking my gas but I wont disclose here rather I ll visit agency directly.

Booked gas against consumer no 5879 on 06.7.17 vide booking no 279041.At present we have no any gas.Tried to contact with agency office,but getting no response.kindly help in this matter.

Dear Sir/ Madam
We are having Indane Gas Connection from Mahalaxmi Gas Service, Srimantapur Birubari, Guwahati vide Consumer No.-3435 in the name of Mrs. Shika Deb,resident of Shree Bhumi Nagar, Lokhra Road, Ghy-34,we have booked the refill on 29/08/2017 vide booking number 288354 but till now we have not received the delivery.From last week we are facing problems because both the cylinders are nil.The telephone number of the office is not responding.Moreover on 13/09/2017 I received a messege of Cancellation of booking of the refill then I did the booking again vide booking number-291114.The delivery boy do not deliver the gas properly in every month, we have to rush after gas vehicle for more than 5-6 days.If this continues, then I would like to tranfer the Connection to Other Gas Agency.

With a lot of dissapointment I am saying that Mahalaxmi Gas Agency is not deliverung us our LPG gas cylinders in time. We book everytime and the booking stands cancelled after some days because the agency doesn't deliver us cylinder on time, due to which we have to face a lot of problem. This is not what we must be treated like, we are consumers and thus know our rights well, hence I would like you to take serious steps immediately.
