i am booking cylinder from date(29-06-2016) but this cylinder still not received .i am regular followup but still not response.

My Ref. no is N160706143450535410715. But i cancelled my connection on 23th july, but i have not received any refund yet. Also I complain to IOCL. The complain no is 2718669. They said to contact with my distributor. So please help me by refund my money as soon as possible.
