Iam not able to get my cylinder refilled been trying to call the rai gas agency and getting in touch with them everytime from past 3days they say it will be delivered today,next day again today called them today they said aaj toh aa hi jayga madam... my customer number is 39721 I booked my gas on the 7th of may today is 20th... my gas will get over anytime now this is not happening and so very disappointing... its happening for the 1st time but it's bad...

Your attention is invited to booking reference no.621785 dt 11.9.16. IVRS Status on date states that the cylinder has been delivered on 11.9.16 where as it has not yet been delivered. Repeated attempts to your landline number went futile as no one was pickingup the phone. Please let me know the status of my aforesaid booking and also let me know when the same will be delivered. Cylinder was booked on 9th December, it is 20th december but I haven't received it till now. I am facing problems since last 2 bookings.as it is urgent that I need cylinder, i am calling since 4 days on your LANDLINE number but as usual no one is picking up the call.i also visited agency but still i I haven't received gas cylinder.
