It is almost 14days that my advice hs been issued for cylinder and yet it has not reached . The cas memo number is 3000217017. Booking number 800029.Date 16/02/15.

I am a senior citizen and i apprehend a black marketing by our local vendor as he is delaying everyday.The vendor name is Birender. It has become a regular feture now.

After switching the regulator of the cylinder off, the flame of the gas still burning. The same was shown to the vendor immediately. He examined the cylinder on 28.03.15 and said that the pin of the cylinder remained on pressed condition even after switching off the regulator but did not replace the cylinder. Our life is at risk. Please look into the matter immediately.

I am Sarada Prasan Panda. My consumer No. is 19512. The cylinder found defective on 27.03.15 i.e after switching off the regulator of the cylinder the flame of the Gas Stove is still burning. It was shown to the vendor on 28.03.15.He examined and said the pin of the cylinder remained in pressed position even after switching off the regulator but did not replace the same. My life is at risk. Please look into the matter urgently.
