I have booked my gas no CX20652783 on 14 sep 15 and got msg cash memo 3000079536 on 22 sep 15.Again i got msg on 24 sep 15 booking is cancelled pls book again. Again i booked on 25 sep 15 till date i have not received my cylinder. i don't understand what type of system is?

I have booked my gas no 26650 on 17 Dec. 2017 and got msg cash memo 3000136687 on 28 Dec. 2017.Again i got msg on 01 Jan 2018 booking is cancelled pls book again. Again i booked on 01 Dec.2018,again got msg.expected delivery 10 to 12 days.its means i receive my cylinder after 30 days. i don't understand what type of system is?
