I Dipak Mishra is an regular consumber of your agency when your delivery boy come to delivery he don't come to say your gas has come he simply delivered the gas to the person who came to them further I state that's it a really a pathargic thing and can't be tolerated at any cost please note that I am working in airforce and used to follow rules and regulation strictly and I respect your conduct but it is thing which happen in presence of me I felt bad please amend your delivery process

I have booked the gas my booking no. is 644091 against this booking cash memo generated refer-3000103127 for amount Rs 977.5 while delivery boy charging every time extra money. At present case he had taken Rs 1000/-.My request is that the amount is including delivery charge. Why delivery boy charge extra money is it justify?
