I have to say that the deliver boy charges more than the gas slip amount.They say that your home is far away from the deliver centre.They always try to blame the customers.Its there duty to deliver the gas cylinder on time and take the right amount which is printed on the slip.
so , i am requesting you to take the necessary steps to solve the customers problem.

Today a cylinder has delivered to my address. hawker not have any weighing instrument. I arrange to weight the delivered cylinder and found 28.6 kg only instead of 30.00 kg as printed on it. U r requested to please change the cylinder urgently.
