on 20.12.2014 i booked fo refill of cylinder vide booking id no.269704. Not received till 04.1.2015 again on 4.1.15 while knowing status, i was replied that booking has been delivered on 29.12.14 and I booked again on 04.1.15 under booking id 274630 but till date not received. I am asking daily to driver of gas van but can not receive satisfactory answer. My self personnaly came to office, due to rush was not replied. Now i have arranged the same from my neighbour. But want to complaint why e-booking are not being delevered properly and in time.

I had booked for refill of Hp Gas Of Jay Kay Gas agency, nowshera, Srinagar on 20.12.14 under booking id 269704. till 04.1.15 no refill was received. but I was informed over on-line phone that refill has already been delevered on 29.12.2014, which is totally wrong. On 4.1.15 i again booked under booking id no274630 and on 22.1.2015 i received message on 22.1.15 at 10.30 pm on mobile that Hp 274630 subsised cash memo No 131067 dt 22.1.15 for Rs. 435/-. Refill will be delevered shortly. But till date no refill was received by me. I went myself to the distributor but could not met them because of heavy rush, being an old man, I left away. Now I request, to the concerned that the refill be sent immediately enabling us to overcome the gas problem.

Why my subsidy is not credited im my Bank Account till date? There is only option to sue against you in the consumers court.

The company have failed to transfer the subsidy amount to my Bank Account till date without any reason, despite hundreds of reminders there is no response from the JAY KAY Gas Company's side, as such the agency holder has hired some GUNDAS there to face the public dealing & that is why JAY KAY Gas Company of NOWSHERA SRINAGAR stands No 1 BLACK MARKETER & The people in the Govt. are also made CORRUPT by the JAY KAY Gas Company Srinagar that is why the Complaints loged by the customers are not redressed. Now,for the sake of cosumers interest, people have decided to move consumers court for JUSTICE.

Dear sir, I had booked for refill of Hp Gas Of Jay Kay Gas agency, nowshera, Srinagar on 20.2.2015. n today is 25.3.15 still No refill was received. Lot of time i called at ur office your staff always tell me we forword your complaint Even they dont have manners how to talk with a customers n they told me 2morrow we delivered your refil but still i can't receive my refill n they hangup our call plz take action against it n Deliver my refill as soon a possible other wise i shud myself take action against this Agency ..

I got a new connection of hp gas full set but without receiving any document and paying in black he is not providing any sub Cd. Please look into this matter other wise I have to lodge this complaint to your higher authorities

Sir we have done online booking before 15 days but refill not received we are very disappointed with your service.It is my humble request to you please pay attention towards this so that same shall be delivered on time.

I had made online booking for refill vide No. 1180317200127609 dated 22.11.2018 Booking No. 381242. Till today I have not received the refill. Surprisingly I have received an intimation that your subsidy has been transferred to your account though I have not received the refill. Question of payment for the refill does not arise. Please look into this and see how the company is black marketing the gas.
