I'm facing this issue with pvr for the second time in a row. I ordered coke & the flavour of it was stale - the last time there were many people who had the same complaint as me and I bought another item instead of this. This time I'm getting asked to again purchase another item which is not fair. This can spoil the health of an individual - can't happen twice in a row.
