Complaint regarding non withdrawal of money from indicash ATM by sreekanth:

Dear Sir.
Today morning (23-09-2021) at bitherkad village, pandalur taluk, the nilgiris, I used indicash ATM service to withdraw money of Rs: 2000, I have completed all the necessary process to withdraw money from ATM machine, while the amount requested was about to be dispensed machine got switched off / turned off. I used my wife debit card to withdraw, the name on the card is Theresa and card ending with 6940. I kindly request you to take necessary action and refund the amount Rs: 2000.
Note: I have not received any message or SMS regarding the transaction from bank or indicash to registered mobile number.

Hi sir
When withdrawing money from my Indicash atm machine, the cash did not come. But the machine display showed collect your cash. Also the money has been debited from my account.
