Dear Sir
Today i and my family went to see movie Tiger3 at 4.30 pm show at cinemarc vihar prtapnagar vadodara there are certain problem we have faced even after booking recliner seats
1 In our seats previous show people has spread cold drink snacks on seats which was not cleaned properly by cinema person
Which suppose they have to check and clean and sanitize after every show
2 In my seat i have seen literally cockroges running which surprised me on recliner seats
3 No support person was there so that i can complain i have to search person and ask him to clean my seat
4 Pop corn taste is very bad
5 Sound system was week last ending song the sound was literally low even we can't hear the lyrics
6 Washrooms smells lots no one is cleaning properly
After spending lots of money enjoyment is zero
As this multiplex is near to my house i always visit there but this time i am very disappointed
