My intt refund claim is lying pending with F&A and Secretary sec for the nearly last two months. Both are sailent on the issue.
Vide my mail dtd 29.06.2022 I requested them to advise me case no/diary no/judgement/Hon Judge Name/Parties actwise of Supreme Court case related to
IRWO on which AWHO has relied upon for
refund of intt. But AWHO has not provided
me the same despite of my protracted follow up.
Also vide my mail dated 02/07/2022 I
preferred my claim relieing upon Hon'ble Supreme Court Case " Laureate-Buildwell

AWHO has not responded despite of my chain of reminders on the score.
